A couple days ago our baby turned eight months old. How she is already eight months old is beyond me. Time just goes so fast, especially when you have two. In the midst of Thanksgiving break, instead of finishing my dishes or doing laundry, I got out my camera, pushed my daughter’s bed against the wall with the best light and took some impromptu images of my baby, a couple of my baby with her big sis, and a few with me…
Waaaaay back in September, my little family of four visited Riley’s Apple Farm in Oak Glen. It was early in the season and the trees were flourishing. Fall is my favorite time of the year and I’m always excited to take a trip to the apple orchard. I look forward to it all year and as summer winds down, I count the days. Here’s why…

In a few short weeks, Baby Brody will be ONE! I cannot believe it was almost a year ago when I shot his newborn photos! Before he turns the big ONE, I wanted to reminisce a little and share these photos from a sweet session I did waaaay back in November when he was just sixteen weeks old. Sixteen weeks is such a sweet time in a baby’s life. They’re still so itty bitty, but growing and changing at a rapid pace. Sixteen weeks also marked a very special time for Brody’s parents, so these photos are very special and I was honored to make these memories for them. Love the precious feet! Although it was last fall, it feels like just yesterday that I was preparing to photograph Mike and Morgan’s wedding. I remember when I just started exploring photography a handful of years ago, Morgan told me that she wanted me to photograph her wedding someday. Well, that someday came and it was such a dream come true – it was the most beautiful wedding and to photograph two people who simply adore each other is like nothing else. Love is so beautiful and capturing it in an image gives me butterflies. Wishing these two nothing short of sweet bliss!
